Refunds and returns policy
Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Given the nature of our products which are perishable goods such as food, vegetables, meat and farm products we cannot issue a return for this products.
What we offer is a partial or a full refund on your purchase or offer you store credit for your next purchase.
For refunds to be applied , it should be under this circumstances:
- The products delivered to you is defective .(spoiled/odour etc)
NB: Products going bad due to late pickups(16hrs after products have been delivered to you ) resulting in thawing are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a refund send an email to email@example.com . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed or store credit will be issued. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, store account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
