The content you post to the Services will be displayed on the Services and viewable by other Users and the public, unless you choose to delete the posted content. If you choose to message Merchants on the platform, information including your name, message, and profile picture will be visible to that Merchant. Merchants may choose to post content about themselves and the products they offer on our Services, including product photos and descriptions, which will be viewable by other Users and the public. We are not responsible for the other individuals’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Services.
Analytics Partners. We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. Sharing Between Customers and Merchants. When you purchase products from a Merchant using our Services, we share information such as your name, address, and order details with the Merchant to facilitate your order.

We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety.
