Tailgate Box. This Box contains approximately 15+ lbs. of an assortment of our most popular grilling items including 7 lbs. of our bone-in ribeye steak and/or our popular tomahawk steaks. Additionally, we include approximately 4 lbs. of New York strip and a butcher’s choice of either a outer skirt steak, hanger steak, or top sirloin steak. We finish the Box with 5 to 6 1 pound packages of our dry-aged ground beef and some Swiss bratwurst or Italian sausage.
