Description
Seasonal Special Box. This Box contains 20 1-pound packages of our dry-aged ground beef and the customer’s choice of 8 lbs. of dry-aged brisket (flat or point) or dry-aged rump roast. You may also select 4 lbs. of each. Our very popular ground beef is dry-aged for 24 days and can be sourced back to a single 18 month old steer that was raised on our farm. We hand feed our steers to control the backfat and marbling with our special blend of local corn, whiskey distiller’s grain, dried molasses, and minerals.
Each item is vacuum sealed and frozen to -5 degrees to preserve freshness.
