The Bison New York Strip Steaks are flavorful and thick, are antibiotic free, gluten free, preservative free, and nitrite/phosphate free. Comes 2 to a pack and approximately 10oz each

Order details:
- Orders ship on Monday
- Orders need to be placed by 6 pm on Saturday in order to be shipped out the following Monday
- Meat ships frozen with ice packs
- Ice packs and meat may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival place steaks in the refrigerator or freezer
- Meat may be kept refrigerated in their sealed packaging for 3 to 4 days after arrival
- Meat may be kept frozen for up to 6 months
