- 2 Packs 0f Bratwurst (2 lb)
Our grass fed cattle are raised on pasture and rotated regularly to ensure we’re taking care of them and the land. They’re never fed with GMOs or growth hormones, given antibiotics, or grazed on artificial pesticides. The herd is a combination of black Angus and Devon cattle, the Devon breed is a British breed that is known for their quality meat and docile handling. We rotate our cattle to a new pasture at least several times a week and even up to several times a day. The cattle choose and eat the best part of each plant, trample part of it helping to build organic matter and store carbon, and leave part of the plant behind to help it grow back. Order details:
- Orders ship on Monday and will arrive on or before Wednesday
- Orders place by 11:59pm ET on Sunday will be shipped out the following day
- Meat ships frozen with ice packs
- Ice packs and meat may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival place steaks in the refrigerator or freezer
- Meat may be kept refrigerated in their sealed packaging for 3 to 4 days after arrival
- Meat may be kept frozen for up to 6 months

These steaks were THICK! Holy moly. The grilled up so nice and juicy. The burgers were killer too.. some of the best I have ever tried. And amazing flavor on the Parmesan Brats. Great purchase for a family grill out.
