    The lobster meat was so sweet and tender. It tasted so fresh! Made a delicious spicy lobster pasta. 1lb of lobster is actually quite a bit. Our pasta dish served 8 and everyone got a good amount of lobster.

    This is a generous amount of beautiful fresh lobster meat made up of claw and tail meat. Perfectly cooked and so easy to create an elegant dish. We made a creamy pasta dish for 6 - everyone loved it.
