Bison is clearly the better choice with significantly less fat and calories, less cholesterol and higher amounts of protein, iron and vitamin B-12 than beef, pork, chicken and salmon.

Order Details:

• Orders ship on Monday 
• Orders need to be placed by 6 pm on Saturday in order to be shipped out the following Monday
• Meat ships frozen with ice packs
• Ice packs and meat may thaw in transit
• Upon arrival place product in the refrigerator or freezer
• Meat may be kept refrigerated in their sealed packaging for 3 to 4 days after arrival
• Meat may be kept frozen for up to 12 months
