Have you ever wanted to taste the best Ribeye’s and Steaks? Here is your chance!
You get two 14 ounce PRIME grade, FULL BLOOD Wagyu steaks. This is an opportunity for a memory more than a meal. Produced on a ranch in the middle of Nebraska that is in their words focused on humanely raising the highest quality Japanese Wagyu beef available in an effort to share the luxury culinary experience that only fullblood Wagyu can offer. These Japanese Black Wagyu cattle have NEVER been crossbred with another breed and maintain fullblood Wagyu genetics.
Also included is a 24 ounce Piedmontese Primal Cut Cowboy 1 1/2″ cut Ribeye. Piedmontese breed originated in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy, where it was first discovered over 100 years ago among the region’s robust history of fine wines and rich cuisines. Prized for its noticeably heavy musculature, the Piedmontese breed’s unique genetic makeup means these cattle naturally develop a significantly greater muscle mass compared to conventional cattle. At the same time, muscle fibers remain tender without the need for excess marbling. The result? Consistently superior beef that’s both lean and tender.
There’s more! Bison from Nebraska! In your package will be a Bison Ribeye. This ranch only processes PRIME Bison. There isn’t a grading system for Bison, but in the ‘Bison World’ in order to butcher a ‘PRIME’ animal it has to be 2 years old. No older animals are used ever. The ranch strives for the products to be consistent and the highest quality Bison meat you can produce. A Bison Ribeye is incredibly tender and flavorful with no ‘game’ taste whatsoever. Everything that is fed to the Bison is grown on the ranch. Raised holistically.
Last, but not least you will find a tender and flavorful Elk medallion steak in your package. Elk meat is tender and provides a unique flavor many search high and low to find. Elk offers more protein, iron and B12 than beef. It is very lean and low in fat. Once you pull a grill-marked Elk steak off the grill you will come back for more!

I ordered these steaks for a dinner party and it was so much fun and so delicious! We loved taste testing the meats next to one another. The wagyu was the crowd favorite - quickly seared it on a super hot grill with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.. thats all you need! Not many at the party had tried Elk and it was another hit. We marinated the elk for an hour or so in vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire, lemon, and a bit of soy sauce - wow! Highly recommend this bundle for a cook out with friends or family.
