This order contains:
- either a tomahawk or bone-in ribeye steak
- 2-3 New York strip steaks
- farmer’s choice of either sirloin, Denver, chuck-eye, skirt, or hanger steak
- 4-5 lbs. of dry-aged ground beef
Noche Linda Farms cattle are bred, born, and raised on our farm. They are finished on clean pastures and eat a grain mix of whiskey distillers, corn, and molasses. NO steroids, NO hormones, NO animal by-products, NO antibiotics. The meat, including the ground beef, is dry-aged and vacuum packed.
Order details:
- Orders ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
- Orders place by 11:59pm will be processed for the following shipping day.
- Meat ships frozen with ice packs
- Ice packs and meat may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival place steaks in the refrigerator or freezer
- Meat may be kept refrigerated in their sealed packaging for 3 to 4 days after arrival
- Meat may be kept frozen for up to 6 months

I ordered the 10 lb sampler box from Noche Linda Farms and I was really satisfied. It arrived on time and was actually a lot more food than I thought it would be. Everything tasted excellent and lasted a long time in the freezer. Pictures don't do it justice, the meat was very high quality with great flavor. I really like knowing where my meat comes from and that I'm eating the best meat I can find. I will definitely continue to order from this farm and would recommend it to anybody who likes red meat.
