Four companies control roughly 85% of beef processing in America. That advantage is not product quality. It is scale and intelligence: knowing what to buy, how to cut it, where to sell every piece, and at what price. Independent processors produce the quality and traceability consumers want, but they are fragmented and running blind, and only about 14 cents of every meat dollar makes it back to the producer.

Farmshare builds both halves for independents. Shared operating infrastructure gives them scale. Network data gives them the intelligence. The goal is thousands of independent processors collectively operating with the intelligence of a large packer, without any one of them needing to become one.
